All orders are processed within 2 working days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: if your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you'd like in-stock items sent separately, feel free to place them as a separate order.

📍 Tracking Your Order
- UK orders are fully tracked via Royal Mail. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
- International orders — tracking availability depends on the service and destination. Tracked services will include a tracking number in your dispatch email. Where tracking isn't available, we'll do our best to keep you updated.
🛃 Customs & Duties (International Orders)
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
We'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure what to expect — we'd hate for any surprises to put a dampener on your new gear arriving!
