    📦 Our Returns Policy

    We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Easy.

    To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused
    • With tags still attached
    • In their original packaging (if any was included)

    🔄 How to Start a Return

    Get in touch with us at kirsty@rebelrebelboutique.com with the following:

    • Your order number
    • Your reason for returning

    Alternatively, you can request a return directly through your Rebel Rebel account.

    Please note: return postage is at the customer's expense, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. We'd recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage — just in case! Without these, we may not be able to process your return if something goes wrong in transit.

    💸 Refunds

    Once we've received your return, we aim to process it within 3–5 working days. You'll then be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your payment provider to process it after that.

    🔁 Exchanges

    The quickest way to get the right size or item is to purchase the replacement directly on our website and return the original item using the returns process above.

    ⏳ Pre-Order Items

    The same 30-day return policy applies to pre-order items, with the 30 days starting from the date your item is delivered to you.

    🌍 International Returns

    International customers are welcome to return items following the same process as above — however, we'd recommend contacting us first at kirsty@rebelrebelboutique.com before sending anything back, so we can advise on the best way to return your parcel. Please ensure any returned parcels are clearly marked as a return/no commercial value on customs declarations to avoid delays.

    ⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

    We check everything before it goes out, but occasionally something slips through. If you've received a faulty or damaged item, please email us at kirsty@rebelrebelboutique.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Details and photos of the issue

    We'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible!

    🚫 Non-Refundable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Earrings — for hygiene reasons
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
