    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it  unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if any received).

    To start a return, please contact us at kirsty@rebelrebelboutique.com with the following information;

    • Order Number
    • Reason for returning

    Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and all original delivery charges are non-refundable. We recommend you use a tracked service to guarantee the parcels safe return to us. We also advise you obtain proof of postage just in case anything goes wrong. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

    Once we have received your returned item(s) and they have been processed you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund.

     

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange is to purchase the replacement item/size directly on our website and return any unsuitable items to us via our returns process listed above. 

     

    Faulty items
    All items are checked by us but sometimes things can be missed. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item then please get in touch with us via email (kirsty@rebelrebelboutique.com) with details of the issue, including your order number.


    Non-refundable items
    All earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
